Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) titled "Enhancing Creativity and Digital Innovation with Orphans at the Rumah Ceria Nusantara Foundation" was carried out to strengthen digital literacy and promote creativity and innovation among orphaned children. The main objective of this program was to improve participants' digital competencies, develop their creative potential, and facilitate innovative processes through participatory and constructivist approaches. The methods employed included interactive training, project-based mentoring, and collaborative engagement involving students from the Digital Business Study Program at Universitas Tangerang Raya as facilitators. The results showed significant improvements in participants’ technical skills in using digital tools and applications, increased self-confidence, and the emergence of creative digital works as a form of self-expression. Beyond technical development, the program also had a transformative impact on psychosocial aspects such as motivation, collaboration, and independence. The success of this initiative affirms the relevance of participatory digital empowerment approaches in vulnerable community contexts. The outcomes contribute both practically offering a replicable model for similar communities and theoretically, by enriching the discourse on digital empowerment that goes beyond basic literacy to include creativity and innovation dimensions
