Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are not permitted. Authors ensure that they write completely original work and if they use the work and/or words of others, they must cite them properly. Authors generally should not publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in multiple journals or major publications. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously is an unethical and unacceptable publishing practice.
