Author's Corner
Withdrawal of Manuscripts
Because editors and reviewers spend a lot of time editing submitted manuscripts and the work the publisher has invested in them, authors should not withdraw submitted manuscripts because it would be a waste of valuable resources.
If the author continues to request the withdrawal of the manuscript even though the manuscript is still in the peer review process, the author will be subject to sanctions in the form of a withdrawal fee of IDR 200,000 per manuscript. However, it is unethical if a manuscript submitted to one journal is withdrawn if it is accepted by another journal.
If the author withdraws a manuscript after it has been accepted for publication, a fine of IDR 500,000 per manuscript will be imposed. Withdrawal of manuscripts is only permitted after full payment of return fees to the publisher. If the author does not agree to pay the fine, the author and his partners will be removed from publication in this journal. His previously published articles will also be removed from our online systems.
